Better than a coffee maker with a heating unit!

The insulated carafe keeps the coffee warm at least 2 hours. Which is great because the coffee doesn’t set there and “burn”. Therefore, it tastes fresh to the last drop. More importantly, the maker makes great coffee!

I had used a Cuisinart coffee maker several years and when that one stopped I wanted to replace it with the same brand. There are many features that I like about it but at my age of 70 I am grateful that it cuts off automatically. Also I like the thermal pot. I only make a full pot every other day and on alternate days heat the coffee from the day before. After 24 hours it still retains some heat from the previous day and I cannot tell any difference in the taste.

It surprised me how different coffee tastes! It's wonderful, not bitter, smooth and delightful. Even cheap coffee tastes great. It brews fast, much faster than a standard maker. The thermal pot keeps coffee hot for hours without the warmer being on. It beeps 5 times to let me know it's ready. The best coffeemaker around!

10 cup Programmable Thermal Coffee Maker replaces one just like it that was used daily, usually more than once, for more than 5 years. Coffee is hot and ready when we get up and stays hot for almost 3 hours. All our small kitchen appliances are Cuisinart!

I love this coffee maker. It works as expected, makes great coffee and keeps it hot much longer in the carafe than my previous brand. My only wish is that the carafe would pour the water better. I almost have to tip it upside down to get all the water out due to the lip of the carafe.
