Thermal carafe does not keep the coffee warm. Also, the alarm that sounds when brewing is complete is too loud.

Good carafe, pours without drips. It makes coffee too quickly, the fast-moving water produces weak coffee. I use one more scoop than my previous maker, and still have to manually stop the brewing a few times to give it time to steep. I would not buy this model again.

a little disappointed with this it does not stay hot very long and the pot drips. No way to see how much water is in the carafe so have to turn the pot to watch the water level. Would not buy again
