Makes great coffee and the price is right. My only complaint is you have to wipe the platform off when you take the pot off because after awhile it rusts!! That’s what happened to our first one.

This is the second Cuisinart Coffee Maker we have had and both were this model. The first lasted many, many years with minimal maintenance, and makes great coffee. I especially like that it has a thermal carafe, and also that it uses cone filters. I think the grounds are better brewed with a cone filter, especially the large # 4 size. I was glad they still make this machine as it is the best.

I bought this a coffee maker a month or so ago and I'm very pleased I did. It makes a great cup of coffee (full disclosure: I'm not a connoisseur). My morning coffee is ready quickly with no fuss. I only gave "Ease of Use" four stars because it can be slightly awkward to fill the water reservoir. That said.....I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.

My husband makes the coffee in our house. He is 85 and cannot handle a complicated coffee maker. This coffeemaker was a gift from our (grown) children and it was an excellent choice. My husband is making the coffee without difficulty! And the coffee is pretty good.
