Purchased this coffee maker after numerous brands did not last. I have owned this coffee maker for over a year now and it performs exactly the same from the first pot through today’s pot of coffee. Wish I had purchased this coffee maker several brands earlier .

It was an item I added to my wedding registry and we received it as a gift. Simple, straight-forward coffee maker. Brews quickly, easy to setup, easy to clean. ONLY FEATURE I DO NTO LIKE - THE LID TO CARAFE IS NOT A TIGHT ENOUGH FIT. Still mastering exactly how to tilt the carafe that the coffee only ends up in my cup. not in cup, on counter, down side, etc.

I had a previous version of this coffeemaker and it just sort of got tired. I am glad this one still exists and it has the essential features I wanted, including, water gauge on the side, 1-4 cup option, timer, thermal carafe. The coffee is pretty good. My sole complaint is that the carafe doesn't keep the coffee as hot for a long as my previous one did.

Sadly, this machine just doesn't produce hot coffee. It is warm at best and I have used hot water to heat the carafe prior to brewing, but that did not seem to make a difference.
