The unit will not make only 2 cups. It always makes 4-6. The brew basket is too small for standard filters as well.

My goal was to have freshly ground coffee without creating mess by transferring grounded coffee from the grinder to the coffee machine and this totally solved by problem. Esy to use and clean.

The hopper compartment was loose so we have to hold it down every time we use it. It was a huge pain to set up and get going.

Good Maker BUT!

I really like this coffeemaker, But when I pour coffee it somehow leaks down the pot onto the counter. I have tried pouring slow and regular speed it doesn't matter how I pour it leaks on the counter. So annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
