Great machine but leaks after about 4-5 years!

Love this machine. Firat one lasted about 5 years. Great fresh coffee every morning. Only bought a new one because the old one started leaking when going througha brew cycle more than i could handle anymore! Was losing about 1 cup of water with a 10 cup brew cycle. Not a huge deal and we will use the old one for vacations and just have a hand towel underneath it when we use it in the future. Still works well otherwise!!

Don't expect to make 12 cups! Hard to clean.

Grinder is small and for a full strength dark roast can make about four to five cups (or two and a half mugs) of coffee. No way could it make twelve cups (unless you want coffee flavored water). It is also a pain to clean with five items to clean and small areas that are hard to get at. I regret buying it. Probably better machines out there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grinds the beans and brews the coffee all in one machine. Makes the perfect pot of coffee, whether it’s a 2 cup or 12 cup pot. Keeps beans fresh in the top reservoir to grind. Has adequate adjustments for strains of coffee and pot size. Easy and simple to use. Love this machine definitely would recommend.
