this is my second coffee make model 700. the first one lasted almost 6 years. I have noticed this coffee maker is not as loud when it grinds the beans. still makes great coffee. I do wish they would make the beeps when the coffee is done brewing louder so you can hear it. if you are paying attention to it, you will miss the beeps. I wash the carafe, basket, and basket lid in my dishwasher after each use. my Saturday morning ritual is to thoroughly clean out the chute and blow it out with compressed air. it really doesn't take much time and is easy to do.

We have been grinding whole bean coffee for years. The Grind & Brew gives us the freshest, best tasting coffee we've ever had. The controls for number of cups and brew strength provides the flexibility we need. The button to bypass the grinder comes in handy when we want to brew a ground coffee for special occasions. We also like that it has a small footprint and doesn't require more counter space for a separate grinder.

We love the Burr Grind & Brew. It is so handy to make coffee with it that even a man can do it. It makes very good coffee and will automatically make at the strength level that you want. I highly recommend this product. We have used Grind and Brew for a long time and this is the best one yet.

This is a very easy coffee maker to operate. It brews coffee quickly and with the flavor adjuster it allows you to decide the strength of your coffee. The Burr grinder is effective and if you wish you do not have to use the grinder...just ground coffee in the basket.
