This is my second grind and brew. After over 10 years use, the grinder went on my last one. The coffee maker still worked, but I love my fresh ground coffee.

I bought this to replace what I thought had been a great coffee pot - the Cuisinart was an amazing replacement!! I LOVE the carafe - it does not leak!!! The option to grind beans or used ground coffee is very beneficial too! Love it!!!

I moved and decided to leave my old coffee maker behind and buy a new one in a new place. Also, I decided to find a cheaper replacement so it was hard to find anything with features I wanted to have. This one is half the price of my prior coffee maker so I knew that I have to accept compromise. Yes, it makes coffee but ergonomics is kind of off. The worst part is display, too small and not visible in low light conditions. Pretty much I can assume it is not there. All other buttons on the front panel somehow mimic my more expensive machine so I can use it without spending time studying user manual. Next, the water level indicator on a side, I have to pull out coffee maker and turn it around to see how much water is in a tank. Grider is extremely noisy but it is only a few seconds. I am not getting a purpose of the device covering the ground coffee bucket. All I know I have to clean it every time I am replacing the coffee filter. Actually good part is I can use the paper filter without a basket. The overall end result is the same, coffee, but much less pleasant experience.

My husband and I started talking about buying a self grinding coffee maker. We did a lot of research and decided on this model. The only negative we read about was the noisy grinder. We actually love that, It’s a wonderful aromatic alarm clock!!
