I bought this a few months ago because I thought my sister was coming to visit and she could teach me how to use this machine as she has one herself. She was not able to visit so I had to teach myself. I watched the YouTube instructional video. It is easy to use and this machine is paying for itself as I am not visiting the coffee shop as often. My coffee is healthy and very tasty. No regrets with this purchase!

We love it! I can have my cappuccino at home and exactly the way I like it. I find that it’s a little noisy and uses a lot of water due to the steam it produces Also, the waiting time between steam nozzle and pouring of the coffee I find is a bit too long.
The manual sujest to warm your coffee mug while making your coffee that way your coffee once you pour it will be hotter, it is worth the extra step for this who like their coffee very hot. Besides these minor issues I just don’t mind much because it makes a great cup of coffee at home. It’s also very chic looking.

I've had the unit for several months now. If the coffee is properly ground it works wonderfully. It does have a problem with finally ground coffee. It causes the machine to act a bit constipated. Overall it's great
