I bought these heaters for a impromptu BBQ and they worked out very well. Actually had to turn down the burner because they were getting too hot.

It heats, but...

Assembly went OK, hooked it up and nothing. The igniter button only works if I push the button sideways as well as in. Also, does not throw heat evenly all around as evidenced by lopsided heat 'burn' signature around the burner screen. At over $100 more than other brands, I expected better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I owe 40 of these patio heater and these are the best ones yet. They have electronic igniters which makes them much easier to use. We rent them out all the time and they really hold up.

We have not built our deck yet so we use this under our carport & it gets extremely cold here, but this keeps us warm. We can do projects outside & not have to worry about the cold
