I was disappointed with this purchase. I put a roast in the cooker and put it on high and after 6 hours without ever removing the lid the juice never boiled and it took forever for the small roast to cook.

Don't buy if you plan to use this crock pot for beans. Cooked 9 hrs on high and beans still not cooked well. Still hard spots

Frustrating Slow Slow Slow Cooker

Very disappointed with this slow cooker. It takes hours longer to cook than any other slow cooker I’ve owned. Today I put a chicken stew on to cook on high at 12 noon. It is now 9:30 PM and the vegetables are still hard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My slow cooker was gifted to me to make cooking in large quantities for freezer storage. What I have done, so far, has been quite good after thawing and reheating. I would like more instructions on what will work and what is not wise to prepare in this manner. The recipe booklet is good but I need another reference to use. This product would have been a great thing to own when I had a young family and career.

What a find - a slow cooker for those of us who either live alone or with a partner/spouse! I love that it is just the right size and does not take up so much counter space when using. Timing is great, easy to use. I wish I had purchased this sooner.
