The set Warm, Low, and High settings are TOO low…cooked a beef stew for 8 hours on LOW, carrots and beef not done !

I am really starting to love this slow cooker. My only issue is the lid. It's attached with a screw and washer underneath which has rusted after just a couple of uses.

It would be five stars if it had all four of the rubber feet on the bottom. I called customer support and they said the only way to get the missing foot was to return the entire slow cooker and have them ship another one. I could not just get the little rubber foot. I contacted two different parts places and they said the only parts that are available are the crock and the lid. So I just taped a little piece of cardstock to the bottom of it works good now and sets level does not rock.

Love this crock pot! It's the first new one I've used that has a true low temp that allows the food to be kept warm, but does not keep them bubbling and overcooking. It's also a good size for cooking smaller batches of food.
