Great All-in-One Printer but if you're looking for photo quality prints, don't buy this one.

Very fast printer, but also very loud. The machine itself is big and bulky, which was surprising in this day and age of small, faster, stronger electronics. Scanning and copying seems standard. Overall, a good machine. But again, very loud when printing!

I've only had the WorkForce for a week but so far it's doing a great job. B & W printing/copying is very fast and clear. Color is a bit slower but reasonable for an all-in-one. I love that it's a fax machine and I really like the stackable tray for making copies. My old Epson had to scan each copy individually which meant standing right there to make copies. Also, and the most important, is the fact that the cartridges are inexpensive and you can also fill your own! A plus in the copier market! Way to go Epson!

clunk and plug

only had this printer 3months
it started with very big clunk when it went to feed paper
now the printer jets are plugging up on 3 colors ... cleaning does not help

A good buy!

Speedy/free delivery, instant $30 rebate, super-easy installation all make me glad I bought this particular printer. I also had ink cartridges on hand that fit into the WorkForce 310, so saved money by not having to discard perfectly good ink.

Especially because of the continious ink modification put on by COBRA INK SYSTEMS (Richard McMaster), I think it is the best printer I have ever owned. Coming from me that says alot because I was in charge of all the maintainance repairs, etc. of all the printers at the Vetrans Administraton Hospital in Milwaukee Wisconsin where I worked for 23 years. Until this printer I had previously tried two other ink jets and because of the extensive maintainance and evaporation of ink, I swore I would never own a junk ink jet again, stick with laser printers. But this modificatio eliminated the ink problem and I am very glad I purchased this printer and will never spend the money on a laser printer again.
