Not as good as other one

This one will never take the place of my Epson Sylus CX4800. I had that one for 6 years...no problem and I loved all the features on it. This one...who knows,so far I do not like the way it scans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good purchase

I would recommend this type of printer to everyone who does not use a lot of ink, or printing alot of papers, because it waists alot of ink. Other than that it is a great printer, everything prints out perfectly, copier and scan is great as well. The ink cartiges are cheaper than my old printer and is very reliable. It is a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm very pleased with this printer--great quality at an excellent price (I bought mine refurbished from Epson.com). Pretty fast and excellent quality.

BEST ALL-IN-ONE I HAVE HAD!!

My wife and I have owned Epson printers and All-In-Ones since 2001. We purchased two of the NX400s and we are very satisfied with them. One of my kittens broke the paper holder and the paper tray so I wanted to purchase another NX400. I noticed that the NX400 wasn't available from Epson so I purchased the NX415 and I am more satisfied with that then the NX400. All printers are noisy and these are noisy but it doesn't bother me at all. Keep up the good products as I will never buy another other brand!!

NX415 All in one Printer

The flexibility and speed of the printer are important to me.
Having the ability to copy is a plus. The price was a factor in the selection. The unit replaced a previously owned Epson unit.

Confusing performance

The printer is one you must after clicking print...you must go over to the printer and push start to complete the process.
The printer is now copying and not printing from my computer. Confusing.
Will spend some MORE TIME with this Epson over the weekend to figure out the problems and call the EPSON 1-800 number

Great printer/copier for the price

Fast, very reasonably priced, good printing in standard mode, great photo printing, excellent copies--color or black and white, easy cartridge replacement, reliable service. What more could you want from an all-in-one in this price range?
