do not buy, uses way 2 much ink and must clean heads often took 1 back and second one is even whorse.

Replaced a CX4800 all-in-one with the NX415. These units are similar except that the NX is lighter construction and makes considerably more noise especially with the paper feeding operation. I am also concerned about the ink consumption - either the cartridges do not hold the same amount of ink, or the chip indicates empty prematurely, or both. I'm not sure if the print quality is as good as the older units.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't hate this printer, but I don't love it either. I absolutly hate that if I set the printer to B/W - it not only seems to still use the color ink, but won't let me print in B/W if one of the color inks is out. Other then that I have no complaints, it works well, is pretty quite, the ink is easy to change, and it holds a decent amount of paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While i am satisfied with the print quality of this printer and like the individual color ink cartridges. I must say that it is louder that a Detroit Diesel and the paper feed is very finicky if a sheet is a bit thin or thick it will either slide right threw the printer or jam up but over all it an OK printer maybe i was spoiled by having bought my Epsom stylus Photo R 1900 first

Have tried loading the copy paper multiple times and ways. Machine still pulls the paper in crooked. If it is very crooked, it tears the page and stops the machine. If it is almost okay, it blurs the words all along the left margin.
