This machine has a hard time accepting paper. It is so frustrating to place regular printer paper, much less envelopes or other special size pieces. I have used a lot of printers in my life and have never been so disappointed. It will often take the paper at an angle and of course claim paper jam. I have at least 20 years experience as a word processor, so it isn't like I don't know how to load paper properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model all in one printer is very fast & filled with a lot of features that are simple to use. This is my 3rd epson printer. My first epson printer lasted 11 years. I've used other brands before, but I think epson ranks top 2nd or 3rd in the world for home printers. Sofar this model works great for it's price & size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was first reluctant to repeat an epson printer due to its high ink prices and was leaning towards an HP but my the NX 415 cough my attention for price, SiZe (it's smaller that some other brands) and most of all the flexibility to replace its ink cartridges separately. Apart from that, it's easy to set up (I have a mac), print, and make copies w/o the need to be attached to the lap top, which btw, it's copies are not as detailed as I would've wanted but heck, for the price, what else can you expect !

I absolutely love, love, love this printer. I have not experienced any of the shortcommings other users write about. The best feature is the "ink mixing" so that it prints until the last drop of all colours is used up. Some products are just good - this printer is a good product at an excellent price!

Strugle to use with Windows7

This is actualy my last tryle to reinstol soft ware. I constantly disapears without a trace. When I instal, I have a message that my program is higher and derefore it does not install all. Scaner is not available with Word.

Epson NX415 printer.

I have just purchased this printer and I love it allready,this printer has a copier and printer and it gives sharp copies and even has an LCD screen that allows you to get information and gives you instructions on whatever you are attempting to do.This printer is definately worth the money.
