I find that the printer is very easy to use. It did't require a lot of studying to beable to use it for my needs. It also didn't require a lot of space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like my NX415 and found it very easy to use. However setting it up was some what of a challenge. The intical install wasn't to bad, but adding the scanner was a little challenging. Mainly because you actually use your computer to tell the printer to scan. But with my younger son we got it figured out. I have Windows 7
I would recommend this to a friend!

For the price - i thought this must be a come on - but, i was wrong - i checked the price for new ink cartridges and was very happy to find they are quite reasonable

I agree with opinion that the cartridge are very short term usage. Also do not know why the colors show up as needed when they are used very little.

Ink replacement cartriges are way to expensive. other than that printer is very dependable

Nice printer for the price

Have been using for about 6 months. Don't print a lot of pages but the ink is too expensive. Already spent 3 times what the printer cost. Even large capacity black doesnt last long. Also, large capacity colors cannot be used on this model.
Works great, a litle noisy when paper is feeding, but good quality. Copy feature is great--reduction--enlarge!!
Haven't used photo capability.
