colors not correct

Worked ok for a short time, now the colors are not correct--- have changed all cartridges to no avail. Magenta and yellow do not equal red. Have followed the trouble shooting but nothing changes the results.

No black and white?

Cannot print black and white like many others have said...without having all cartridges filled. Ridiculous. Definitely wouldn't have bought this printer if I knew that. And its annoying enough for me to write a review. Oh and the wifi hasn't worked on it since we received it.

Disappointed!

I agree exactly with the other review regarding the ink and wifi. My cyan cartridge is low so I am unable to use the printer altogether - even though I only want to print in black! I bought this to use for working at home, now I am in a bind because I can't print. Also, I got the wifi working for one day, after that day when I would try to print using the wifi I had to go through re-connecting it again and gave up because it just woudn't work. Very frustrating, would not have bought this printer with this knowledge, would not / will not buy again.

This is garbage material. I am unable to print black or use my scanner because one of my color cartridges is low.. I would call that a faulty product and this should be fixed by a firmware upgrade ASAP.

Terrible product

I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on ink. Ink that I don't use and for some reason is still always low. Expensive ink that randomly disappears out of the printer before I even get to use it. Look elsewhere for a printer.

I will never buy another Epson again,because I can not print ,I can not scan with one color cartridge empty. I need to print black text! Ink just disappears. Poof $ are gone!

My second Epson printer with a cyan ink problem

I have to admit, I am a big Epson customer. I love how it works with my Apple OS, because it is easy for me to control the settings. It also prints beautifully on many types of paper. Sometimes I do quite a lot of printing at a time, like about 150 copies over a couple of days. A few years ago, I had to throw my last Epson printer out after the Cyan started printing in pale, striped pattern. I called Epson and tried everything I could do to fix it. Finally realized it was time to buy a new printer. Now I've had the NX515 for not more than a couple of years, and am having the same problem. Under a deadline. So not happy.
