Ink Expensive

The ink cartriges are expensive and don't last long. In the draft mode the printing is much too light and it's of no use and it would save ink. Other than that it works well for normal printing and pictures. Easy set up from my desktop that is wired and my laptop which is wireless. The ink is the big issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the ease of use

When I first got the Epson Stylus NX515 All-in-One Printer I was uncertain of whether or not I'd be able to understand it's use. I'm not the most "computer savy" person, and having something that is wireless let alone all the "extras" included, was very new to me.
But just having to download the drivers and there it was was amazing. It was ready to go and I've had absolutely no problems with it at all. I'm really glad I purchased it. It's got everything I need, a scanner, a printer, a copier, and so many other things I've still not gotten around to using because I haven't had it that long.
I can't wait to discover what other things I still can use on it. I'd recommend it to anyone who is just discovering their "computer-side" and new to the technology and unsure of how to utilize it. If I can do it, ANYONE can!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Printer but 1 Disappointment

Recieved this Printer as a gift for myself and the wife. Upon opening the box and reading installation instructions. To Connect this to my network or my desktop i needed to go out and buy a connection cable whether it be a network data cable or USB cable to connect to computer. The wifi Network connection was simple and easy installation for my laptop which is run wirelessly. Printer works great though that is the only disappointment having to turn around and go out and buy a data cable to connect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy installation

1-The device is easily to install using the CD-room auto installation method.
2-The control setting in the printers is very easy to check
3- And I bought this printer wiht reasonable price.
4- Ink catridge quality is very similar to a competitor brands.

Not a good printer

This printer uses up ink very quick. Says it can print up to 250 pgs , I only got 75 colored pages. The printer makes a very loud noise when it prints. I haven't used the printer, because i have to keep replacing the ink cartrigdes. Ink dries up fast if not used. Inexpensive printer, but inks runs out fast.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to connect

It is very difficult for a home user to connect this software wirelessly. The setup screens offer little help. If a user connects with a cable, will the wireless connection then not work? When the software reports "installation failed," it advises "reinstall." What is the use of that? When we have achieved a connection, we find the machine is an ink hog and wonder how long before a class-action suit like that recently settled by HP? On the good side, the scanner software is very good, if also somewhat hard to follow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
