I didn't really need this printer as I already had one per computer. But it was a good sale so I couldn't pass it up. This printer has wireless and ethernet so it is going to replace the other two. It will be more energy efficient to have only one printer. As with all the Epson printers I have this one is high quality, fair price, and comes with full ink cartridges.

When I received my Epson, I was very surprised at how light weight it was, and the surprises kept coming, the ease to install it, the functions are ease to understand and use and the quality of the prints is remarkable, not to mention the photos you can print or improve to print. In short I love my Epson printer and so do my kids

The Epson NX515 Is a Ink Hog

I was so excited to get my new Epson Stylus NX515 printer. I had a Epson Stylus 4800 that I had never had any problems with but I wanted to upgrade because I planned on doing more printing and I had read nothing but good things about the NX515 and I wanted Wi Fi. I must admit the NX515 is VERY LOUD but my biggest disappointment is the amount of ink that it uses. I never had to change my ink as much in my Stylus 4800. After only a few copies I have had to reorder ink. I am disappointed that I got rid of my Stylus 4800. Now I am going to have to get another printer, or take out a loan to purchase ink!

Excellent All-in-One

When I recently purchased a new desktop PC, it was bundled with an Epson all-in-one printer. I upgraded the printer to a wireless unit. My wife and I each have a laptop and sometimes want to print things off from them. Also, my new PC has wireless capabilities.
Neither of the laptops has a CD drive, so I was able to go onto the Epson website and download the drivers and all that was needed to set up the wireless network using my wireless internet router. While I set up the laptops, my wife happily set up our desktop for wireless connection with the printer.
As my nick name might imply, I am a 50 year old college freshman. I have to print off several papers. I am amazed at the quickness of this printer. This is my third printer and the only one that can print a full color picture in less than one minute. AMAZING!!!!!
I would recomend this all in one to anyone who ask what printer/all-in-one I might recomend!

I replaced my old Epson Stylus c-88 with the nx515. I am very pleased with the new printer. No complaints and much faster printing then the c-88.

Please, trust me on this one. Do not purchase this printer. It never ever works. I have had it replaced twice now with Epson and continue to have problems each time.

scanner is nice. printer is terrible.

I've had to send the original back 3 weeks in and got a new one under warranty. One month later, the new one started having the same problems as the first. It would say the black ink was low and it would lock down the printer until you replaced it. So I would replace the black ink with a new one. Put the new black ink cartridge in and then...the blue, red or yellow stops working even though it printed fine before AND the printer says they are fine. Forced to replace the color it says is bad and guess what...Now the black doesn't print anymore, even though it's new. It's an endless cycle. The only thing that seemed to work perfectly was the scanner.

I bought this printer a year ago, and I loved everything about it. Got up the other morning and the wi-fi just stop working. I got my disc to reinstall it and it says my windows 7 won't support it and the epson net has stop working. I don't know what happen, I take pics with my nikkon, now I can't print pictures anymore with the quality that I was getting at first. Very unhappy
