Epson, with its straight paper path, produces the best quality pictures on fabric medium. They are crisp and clear and make great additions to any quilt.

this is a great printer colors are great and set up was a breeze i was apprehensive about the wireless connection having installed other system different brand and i was always a nightmare but not this one nothing can be easier than this one the program does it by itself fantastic the way it should be

The printer prints fine, but there is a major flaw everyone must know about this printer. If one of the ink cartridges runs out of ink, the printer will refuse to do anything until that cartridge is replaced. I.E. my cyan is out, and even though my black ink is full, I cannot print anything. Not even a black and white word doc. It won't let you! What's worse, you can't scan, you can't copy, you can't access the setup, the settings, nothing. It won't let you do anything until that one ink cartridge is replaced. Its like have a diva for a printer that storms off and hides in the trailer until you give it what it wants. Its terribly annoying to have to stop everything and run to the store to grab a new ink cartridge you're not even using at the moment. So, make sure you have back-ups available at all times, otherwise you might get stuck when it's least convenient!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NX510 Review

The NX510 printer has good print and scan capabilities although noisy during the print cycle. The network setup was very easy. The largest problem with this printer is the high ink usage and also the print heads clog easily if the printer is not used frequently. I have had the printer less than one year and now cannot get the black ink print to work regardless of how many times I have tried to print head cleaning cycle, Epson's recommended solution.

Only personal home printer that scans for email that I know of.
Does perfect work. Never disappointed.

Bought this printer about 1 year ago and have had to replace the ink at least 4 times..... Although this printer does print nice pictures if the ink is "new". Have also found that if just one of the ink cartridges is low the printer will not allow anything to be printed. I have found this to be very inconvienent. Also the ink seems to diminish if not used on a daily/weekly basis.. not sure if it dries up or what.. Just very frustrating....

I'M BAAAAACK! I WAS AMAZED TO SEE HOW FAST THIS PRODUCT ARRIVED - ONLY 2 DAYS FROM WHEN I ORDERED IT ON CYBER MONDAY. HAVING BEEN AN EPSON PRINTER OWNER B/4 I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THAT THE 4-INK CARTRIDGE PRACTICE WAS STILL AVAILABLE AS I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO BUY ONLY THE CARTRIDGE COLOR THAT I RUN OUT OF INSTEAD OF AN ENTIRE REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE SYSTEM. I ALSO FOUND THE INSTRUCTIONS EASY TO FOLLOW AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY QUALITY PRINTS OF PICS AND DOCS AS I NEED THEM. I DO NOT PRINT OFTEN BUT WHEN I NEED TO PRINT, I NEED A RELIABLE, QUALITY PRINTER TO DO THE JOB. I EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM THIS PRINTER SO DON'T LET ME DOWN.
