The TV looks awesome! The black levels are sweet and the color jumps out at you! Can't wait to hook up Blu-ray and utilize the 1080P. Been watching Sports in HD and Discovery HD WOW....Hooked up with my 7.1 surround sound......I may never go to the movies again! I used Cnet recommendation for calibration. Can't really say it did all that much to help. Looked good right out the box! Money I saved buying this model will buy my Blu-Ray.

If only for the simple fact that you can view the tv image from every angle, this television has reached a new zenith of technology. The image quality is beautiful. It took a little getting used to the realism, but now I can't even watch shows on lesser sets.
The unit is lightweight and extremely slim. Navigation in the menus is seamless, and the HD quality is amazing.
A best buy!

very good quality,good sound.no closed caption on the the remote have to go into the menue to get closed captioning.no RCA audio outputs does have a digital optical output and earphone output.doesn't have the picture screen options like full, normal
ect.I think the LED LCD is the best feature this set has as it has an excellent picture

Very Pleased with LGTV

After my TV research comparison of latest HDTV within my economic reach I am very pleased with the 55lh90 LCD with LED backlighting. Just wish it had 3D ready feature but none of them do. Only the out of reach Lazer TV and bulky less clear DLP have it. Really don't see 3D booming for another 10 years anyway.

Got This TV @ an Awesome Price, Best TV per dollar compared to other brands. Great Value for My 1st LED! The best Feature is its 240hz, makes satellite HD's seem like I am streaming a Blu-Ray!

Outstanding product with an excellent picture. The screen has no glare. Only has one output jack so make sure your surround sound has the digital input port. If you're looking for an LED LCD then go buy this one right now!

I Love this TV. It was well worth the money and I am so glad I purchased it when I did. I did alot of research prior to buying this item and also looked at a lot of other brands and models. This was the best value for my money. It's amazingly beautiful and alot of the time while watching it you feel like your actually a part of the scenery because the picture is so clean and sharp.

After several trips back and forth to the store and several visits to various websites over a period of days, I finally pulled out the wallet and shelled over the cash to purchase this TV. I could not be happier! It replaced an older 42" plasma that is now in my bedroom. The color, artifact free motion and stunning contrast to name a few of this tv's qualities has more than met my expectations. I have integrated it into my high end home entertainment system and the jaw dropping results from everyone who sees it brings a nice little smile to my face. For my purposes, this tv works best with simplink turned off.
