Beautiful picture...questionable quality

I bought the TV in October and it had a beautiful picture until March when single line of pixels left a pink line running vertically down the center of the picture. After waiting two weeks, a new screen was installed. It too was defective, with the lower half of the screen dimmer than the upper half. I'm currently waiting for a third screen to be installed next week. It was a fantastic picture until these problems cropped up and I'm hoping it will be once the third screen has been installed, but I'm concerned about the quality.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
Cons: quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I loved the picture wizard. It allows for easy calibration of the picture.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Cons: did not like the bubble on light

FOR A GREAT PICTURE, BUY THIS

I did some research online, looking for an led tv. I settled on the lg 55lh90. What a great decision. Every single day I sit down and watch it I say to whoever is around, "What an awesome picture." It has been a month now and I'm still saying it.

This TV is great overall. It really shows the deepest blacks and when I connected my XBOX360, the gaming picture was amazing! I would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a good gaming experience.

The whiz kids who design and innovate in "electronics land" can take the rest of the day off. They do not need to try to make it any better than this. Watched the Masters tournament and could count the dimples on the Pro V1.

I have owned this TV for 3 months. I have to say it has the sharpest, brightest picture of any big screen I have ever owned. The contrast makes the images pop and the blacks are inky rich black. This TV is loaded with features and in-depth customization. I love it.
The ONE thing this TV lacked, to my surprise, was a network port so that I could use online service, like Netflicks with it.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Cons: no network connection

I am happy with all but the off axis viewing. At only about 30 degrees off center axis the black wash out and there is significant halo effect on dark scenes around light objects. Otherwise it's great.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
