Received the part and the buttons were imbedded in so there is a short in the control panel

Looks nice, but extremely loud

We love the sleek look of this, but it sounds like a jet engine on the highest setting. Even the low and medium seem louder than any vent hood I've had over the years. We also have a high ceiling, so expect a seam where the chimney extension goes.

Very solid hood

The best thing about this hood is the way it looks. The fan works well and the lighting doesn't miss an inch of the range. I do wish the night light was a lot dimmer.
