I am the person in the community that constantly sets off smoke detectors when cooking.. With the fan hood I never set them off anymore!

We purchased our home new 3 years ago. Had all stainless GE appliances. We use the GE Profile Series vent about once every 2 weeks. It completely quit working when it turned 3 years old. I have checked breakers and fuses and all ok. Guess I am looking at some type of electronics board problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
