Time to break down

Apparently all of our appliances have reached their lifespan and are breaking down one right after another. Most recently we had to be re-educated in the tv arena. I have to say after looking and talking to salesmen, reading consumer reports and lots of reviews. Wishing for an LED, but with a pocketbook for a LCD, we took the plunge for the LCD and are very pleased. No glare from windows or lamps which has proven to be a problem for the plasma tv from an earlier break down. It is amazing how much televisions have changed in the past 15 years! The picture is so clear!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I compared the picture quality to many other makes and models. Samsung stood out amongst other name brands. Then I got to see first hand just how great the quality was in the Samsung when my daughter got the 46 inch model in her home. That convinced me! The 40 inch was suggested for my room size and my daughter suggested getting the matte finish screen since my room was very bright and sunny. Absolutely perfert! Couldn't ask for anything better. Easy set up and very sleek looking. Now I want to upgrade my home theater system and Samsung is at the top of my list.
