This washer seemed defective when we first tried it. Everyone said it was normal. 5 years later it doesn't work. Piece of junk.

Over good washer with some caution! lots of features, great priced washer over the price machines out there. One thing with this machine you got to READ THE CARE MANUAL and use only HE detergent only and use small amounts, even if have a big load in it ,becuse of water and soap ratio. I was studing how this machine works. the best thing to do is fill the washer with water, up to the point under the infuser. Now add detergent following your load of clothes. Set the fill seting to senser fill. The washing setitng don't matter. Some colthes may have some white residue on them. It can be easly removed with a damp rag with warm water. As for lent do the same thing as the white residue or just throw in the dryer for 10 -20 on low heat , which it will remove it away. (if your a hang it on a line type) Turst me this works! Now I no problems with this waher. Good luck mout there ! I hope this helps..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not always clean spots off the clothes, They are also very wrinkled at end of load. Many times there are dry patches where water has not reached parts of the cloth. Loads take a long ,,long time. Have had to have repairman twice as the the water sprayer getting clogged causing water to leak onto the floor. WE do have very hard water but I have never had that problem with another washer.

WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK

If you are reading the poor reviews and for a second believe it’s the reviews fault, not the product, you’re wrong. This wash machine does several things that make it a terrible product. It does not clean your clothes. Instead, it leaves lint and grime. It also leaves white spots on darks. The water sensor settings does not use enough water. Even when choosing the load setting that does, it takes multiple cycles and at least one extra rinse cycle to get clothes mostly clean. Mine won’t drain now. I have been cleaning I monthly. I checked the drain tube and it’s not clogged.
Model WPRE6150K2WT is junk. Now I’m waiting for other things on it to fail. If you buy this product, good luck.

For what it is worth, given the bad reviews on here, I have loved this washer! We used it for 2 years before we moved out of our house and now it is in storage until I need it again. I haven't had a single problem with it and I do a fair amount of laundry. My daughter is in cloth diapers and it does a wonderful job getting them and all our clothes clean. No complaints here! Would def recommend this washer! Most likely there are many people out there like me, but only the ones who have a reason to complain come here and voice it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this product for a little over 2 years and it has had 3 service calls in the last year. Now it has decided to not spin which means yet another service call. I am so very disappointed with this product between the service calls and the poor job it does on cleaning the clothes I would not buy another like this ever again. Naturally the warranty has expired and I live so far from a large city that I have to pay extra to get a service person to come out to my house.
