I LOVE the refrigerator. Opening the doors and seeing everything at a glance is wonderful. The water dispenser works fine. The big problem is that the ice dispenser is horrible. It takes forever to drop ice and often doesn't. It gets caught up in the auger. What a shame. It's easier to just empty the ice into the freezer and open the drawer when we need it. This would not work for a large family at all.

Great Buy

I did a lot of research before I settled on this refrigerator and it payed off. I bought this frig 6 months ago and I could'nt be happier it runs quiet and is easy to keep clean. I like the alarm that goes off if a door is not shut properly but the best feature that won me over was was the ability to fill a whole pitcher of water from the dispenser. So far I am glad I bought this make and model.

CONTROL ON THE DOOR

I love the controls on the front of the door also the ice and water on the door the crisper drawer have great layout and controls the adjustable shelves move easly

I bought this fridge just over a year ago and all was well for the first nine months. After that I noticed water on the floor which was coming from ice build up in the bottom of the freezer. The problem was in the antifrost system were warm coils melt frost and the water runs out the back into a drip pan (somthing like that). The first guy that came out made it sound like a common problem and after he had me unplug the unit for 18 hours with our food in coolers it didn't solve the problem. The second guy that came out fixed it after taking the freezer apart and chipped away all the ice that built up in the water tray and blocked the drain hole in the back of the unit. That was about two months ago and so far its been ok. We had our last fridge for 15 years and never had a problem. I also had problems with the ice maker and also had broken plastic pcs come out of the ice maker into our cups (can't see were it's coming from). My thought was how can I be having problems ths new one after nine month and we spent so much on a high tech fridge. I'm glad I waited after a year to do this review. Never do a review right away like they want you to and get the extende waranty.

BOY THOSE DOORS CLOSE TIGHT

When I first shut the door it closed with a resounding twap that made me confident that the door was really closed. Then when I tried to open the door and the huge fridge rolled toward me I knew that the door was closed very well and would not let a lot of cold air out. The looks of the fridge first drew my attention to it but the quality and price set the hook. From the good seal to the LED lights and the freezer on the bottom this is a good fridge.

I Love my new refrigerator

I went shopping for a new refrigerator that would dispense Ice, water and it was very important to me that the water be filtered. This unit works great. I have stopped buying water because my own water tastes just like the bottled water now. Before the water in my household had an iron taste - even with a filter on our baement system.

We immediately found our new refrigerator to be a family friend from the great access of the french doors to the ease of finding frozen foods in the pull out drawer. We also liked the convenience of the door mounted ice and water dispenser.

OK - not perfect

I bought this fridge because if was the perfect fit for the space. I have two concerns. 1) there is a center drawer that in order to use, both doors must be open, and 2) the ice maker is poor. We use lots of ice and this does not make much and clogs a lot. Also, there is not much room for bottles or milk containers.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Cons: poor ice maker
