No timer and difficult to clean

My Oral B had a stutter freature that allowed me to time 30 seconds on each quadrant. I can't with this toothbrush. It is also difficult to clean. It brushes well but these 2 items frustrate me.

Best toothbrush we've had, love the added sanitizer feature. Only brand I will buy for my and I. Also our adult son who is very conscious about keeping his teeth pearly white.

The Phillips Sonicare product is well designed, the charge holds up for 2-3 weeks and my dental hygenist is very happy with the results.

easy to use, timed feature helps to clean teeth per the recommendation of dental care professionals, because of the length of the brush head, i am able to reach back teeth which used to be neglected when i used a convetional toothbrush.

Seriously- how did I spend 30 years of my life with manual toothbrushes?? Our sonicare is so easy to use and I feel an incredible clean after each use.

One great toothbrush

I've had a few of these over the years, and this one is the best. Love the slim design. These brushes have improved over the years and leave my teeth really clean. My dentist was the one that got me to use the first one and says my teeth and gums are more healthy.

Only One Concern

My only concern is the start/stop button; with so much use, it wears out. This start/stop button on my previous Phillips electric toothbrush wore out even though the unit was still working - I put the old unit in my RV. Can you send me another?
