Excellent cleaning and battery life, handle needs a tweek.

I love the cleaning, the timer is terrific, my dentists insists on your brand, the charge lasts for a month or more, but the handle slips down in my hand. I wind up with my hand way up the neck of the brush. Maybe if you would put a little rubber grip spot, or a lump or dip in the shape, my wet hand wouldn't slide up. Other than that it is a great product!

I liked the Flexcare version better. But still does a good job.

I would prefer to be able to choose the desired setting prior to turning on the toothbrush. The flexcare version has a toggle switch that can be used to change settings without the brush being on. I would rather have a battery usage light that shows the battery life decreasing little by little vs. green or yellow.
It takes getting used to these things after using the prior Flexcare version. After 2 months, my husband wants the Flexcare again.
Pros: cleans teeth like a dental hygienist
Cons: hard to change between settings

I love the sonicare brand. This is a great new toothbrush with a new head. The different modes are a bit confusing. I have yet to figure them out, but, no worries, it's user friendly and you can get it to do what you want. I like the fact there's less of a head to throw away every month. I wish it would be easier to find different styles of brushes. I had one with a rubber strip in the middle that I really liked, but those brush heads are not readily available.
I would recommend this to a friend!
