Love our Sonicare tooth brushes! One stopped and Phillips replaced it immediately because it was still under warranty. This is our second set. Not sure if I like the smaller heads as much...

Former Model Better in Design and Features

The models we previously had (e-series) died when the operating button fell apart. Not only have the new models (we have the Healthy White) not made any improvements in the design of the button (or its covering) but they have eliminated the ability to pause and resume brushing without effecting the 2 1/2 minute cycling, as well the 30-second cycle extension option. It seems all this new model does is add unnecessary variable speeds.
It would seem beneficial if Phillips would reduce the number of various models, which only serve to make consumer choice unnecessarily cumbersome, and concentrate on improving the product design of one or two models.
That said, all models appear to perform well at the function for which they have been designed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best friend to your teeth

I have used this product for years. Once you start using the Sonicare you cannot ever go back to a regular toothbrush. You simply cannot get your teeth this clean with a regular toothbrush. It would be like showering without soap and shampoo. My dentist recommended we change years ago and we have never looked back.
Pros: i have never had a cavity in my lifetime
Cons: not easy to keep clean and gets moldy inside

Everything is excellent with this product, but the price. i think it is grossly overpriced. Unfortunately I went away for 6 months and when I returned my sonic would not work and it was only 6 months old. This time i have bought the Sonicare HealthyWhite Rechargeable sonic toothbrush HX6732/02 because it is dual voltage and I can take it with me on my travels and hopefully it will last longer. Although I love the toothbrush i do feel it is overpriced and the heads are expensive.
Pros: dual voltage, does a good job
Cons: overpriced, heads expensive

very good electric toothbrush but whitening feature seems inadequate

I like the toothbrush very much but the whitening feature appears inadequate. When I click it on I cannot tell if it is on. To see if it is on I must take the brush out of my mouth. It does not noticeably change the action of the brush.
Cons: whitening feature inadequate

Over the years I have used many different electric toothbrushes. But this one stands out as leader of the pack. It's reliable and provides teeth cleaning with ease and a sense of thoroughness. The internal signal for brush timing the quadrants of the mouth provides confidence that your teeth are getting clean with consistency in each use. Love this brush!
