I love this product; the only con about this product is that when you rest your toothbrush on the counter and apply toothpaste it does not stay the right side up. Causing it to roll on it side and sometimes the toothpaste comes gets on the counter.
Pros: love how easy it is to travel with.
Cons: how it rests on the counter

Great product, would be even better if Philips would sell seperate handles

This is a replacement for another set of brushes as both handles broke mechanical on the same place internally. It is too bad that Philips forces customers to buy a complete new set.
Other than this as great product for healthy teeth
Pros: easy to use, effective
Cons: brushes wear out to fast, breaks to early, philips does not sell replacement handles

I had a previous sonicare for a few years. I switched over to another brand and it was awful. I came back to sonicare.
Pros: great cleaning and durability
Cons: it should come in pink

I purchased a Sonicare when I heard Paul Harvey advertising quite a few years ago. It still remains one of the best purchases I've ever made and one that keeps giving back.

This model has a very good feature, but it is a nuisance to use.

I bought this model for the "Clean and White mode". I discovered that in order to use this mode you must wet the bristles, then place it in your mouth, as usual, but then you must press the "on" button three times WHILE HOLDING IT IN YOUR MOUTH in order to engage that mode. Then, if it times out, before you finish brushing you cannot reengage the Clean and White mode again until it runs out another two minutes. Clearly, it should have been designed with separate buttons for each mode.
