I've had my toothbrush now for three months and it's making a crazy noise now. I've tried to reposition the brush again on the base of the toothbrush to see if it stops making that noise but it hasn't. So I don't know what's wrong with it and this is why I didn't give it 5 stars. Sincerely, Michelle

Nice handling but.

The toothbrush is a nice size to handle, however it does require a fair amount of pressure to turn it on.
Pros: good size to handle
Cons: harder to work the switch

Good features, but, sigificant flaws

It is irritating when the moving shaft touches tooth. It creates a grinding: both, sound and feel. Also, I expected a "good report" at my next dental cleaning. There was no improvement (and I take care of my teeth).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tooth brush has saved me money at the dentist office, since I have been using it I have not needed to have my teeth cleaned. It has been over 3 years and there is no tarter! Also I am a coffee drinker, I drink dark coffee that I grind myself and this toothbrush keeps my teeth white. Another benefit is because my teeth are so clean I do not get cavities! Thanks Philips!

There is nothing special about the whitening sonic are except it gives you extra time to brush...
You can always turn it on again.
Pros: fine toothbrush
Cons: don't pay extra for the healthywhite

My husband and I both have use the Sonicare toothbrush. It does a great job of brushing and is easy to use. We like the sanitizer feature that we have.
