I was using an older Sonicare for about 5 years and it finally died (how's that for longevity). This new version is so much better. It is sleek, doesn't have a screw on head that tends to collect a bunch of stuff underneath, and seems to do an even better cleaning job. This is actually my second one of this version. The first one died after about 3 months but I called customer service and had a wonderful experience. I had a replacement in less than a week. Customer service was first class.
Pros: cleans great, looks good

Leaves my teeth and gums feeling totally clean. Also, the product holds a charge for about two weeks without having to stay on the charger.

Love love love this product. Don't know why I waited so long to get one. Have used a battery powered toothbrush for years but this is like comparing a dial up internet to a to super-fast broadband!
It leaves your mouth feeling like you just came out of the dentist.
Highly recommend this to everyone - and have been doing so verbally to everyone I know. Best money I have spent in a long time!

Charge lasts a long time - over ten days of usage. Can't think of anything wrong with it other than the replacements heads are overpriced
