The unit is starting to make noise that is beyond the norm

I have had 4 of these units fail but only one within the warranty period. I tried different models but this seems to be a common characteristic in all of them. my present one is starting to make a strange noise and slowly getting louder. I will be sure to turn this one in before the warranty expires. Thanks

I have enjoyed the Philips Quadpacer Series (Optiva Corporation) for a very long time. I have gone to great lenghts to perform all the required steps to preserve the longevity of the product, by appropriate cleaning, no abuse proper charging procedures, etc. It is working now and very well. BUT!!, I am not sure anymore what is the correct head to purchase. I need help with the selection and the supplier. I am not a rich person so I find it difficult to pay what I think is the correct head price for the product. In addition, I can not find the reference to my product when I have attempted to purchase replacement heads. As I mentioned, what I own, goes back several years but if it still works so why throw it away? It has certainly helped with dental exams which have been for the most part perfect. Any help you can give with my dilemma would be appreciated. On a positive note, it is refreshing to find a product that performs as designed.
Pros: great product, always works, responsible for good dental checkups
Cons: no sure what is correct replacement heads., heads very expensive, website does not talk about older products, seniors with limited incomes find tough to buy

A great Improvement in dental care

My only complaint was in the replacement brushes,one of which kept falling off. Your phone rep suggested I try another when I called to report the problem and she was right.I do feel these brushes are too costly to just throw them away.I wondered if others had same problem

Love all the new features. My old Sonicare brush heads dripped down the handle and didn't seem sanitary. I had to clean the
tooth handle quite often. I've been a Sonicare user for at least
15 years and always have a good report from my dentist.
