this is a great product - has a timer so that you brush for the correct amount of time in each area. Would definitely recommend it.
Pros: timer for each area of the mouth

Fine product but design could be better

As a toothbrush, I find the Sonicare to be just fine. It works as advertised and goes up to two weeks on a single charge. My oly issue is that the 30 second indicator could be more pronounced.
I understand that other models in the past provided more information regarding how much charge is remaining. This unit only tells you if you are below 50% or 10%. I wish they had kept the earlier design.
Pros: cleans teeth effectively
Cons: charge indicator not that helpful

I have been using the the Philips Sonicare toothbrush for two years now. I really love how my teeth feel after using it compared to a standard toothbrush. My teeth feel cleaner and look whiter. Also I have less gum irritation than before. I now can use anything but this toothbrush.
Pros: charge lasts for a long period of time

My dentist recommended. I had an electric tooth brush but had not realized how outdated it was. I needed a toothbrush that was good for sensitive gums but my husband did not. This has a setting for both. I took it with me on a trip to visit my daugther and now she has one too.

My only comment is the on/off button is a little hard to push. You have to get it just right to push before you remove from your mouth

Love my Sonicare toothbrush

I have loved my Sonicare toothbrush since I started using it one year ago. My dentist has told me I have improved my gum health since using the Sonicare, and I love how clean my teeth feel.
The only problem that I had was when it the battery stopped charging. I called the customer service line and the person I spoke to was so nice and helpful. He said that a new toothbrush would arrive in 7-10 business days. My toothbrush arrived in 4 days. I am so happy with this product and the service I received.
