The product is great but like most things has room for improvement.

would be nice if it had a floss head for versatility.
Pros: long battery life, travel case and charger are convenient.
Cons: think there could be a better bristle head., needs more options for bristle attachments.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great performance

My first sonic toothbrush and I'll never again be without one. Teeth feel clean beyond anything ever achieved with a standard toothbrush. Great for preventing coffee staining.
Pros: brush heads last longer than expected
Cons: none

Less vibration = easy to use

I stayed away from using any "power" toothbrushes because I couldn't handle the vibration factor...it was just too uncomfortable. I purchased this product in hopes of aiding in my dental hygiene. I've been to the dentist twice in the year that I've had it (for cleanings) and I didn't have a single cavity. I am impressed by the work that this toothbrush has done!

The 30 second timer works good.

One big problem with this product is my wife cannot remove the brush from the holder. She is on the weak side due to heart failure but it takes too much strength to remove the brush. I can do it as I am in excellent health but it requires a lot of pull to get the brush off. A more easier design would be better for everyone.
Pros: does a good job.
Cons: brush is difficult to remove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whiteing not worth extra cost

The extra time for the white feature is not worth it. Just turn on again for extra time if you want to do front teeth again. (Regular model)

I like the model that has the one touch button and single motion to brush. Due to a problem with my hand and wrist, the ease in turning on and off the brush is important to me. Although I've had the multiple setting brush in the past, this single mode brush works just great for me.
