I definitely recommend this product. I like that you do not have to charge it every night. If traveling, for a couple of days, you can leave the charger at home.
I like how clean my teeth feel compared to using a regular toothbrush.

The use of the special whitening aspect of the device is not that easily accessible as there is no clear signal as to when the 2nd switch to activate this feature is forthcoming. I could not find any specific instructions in the handout as to how to use this feature.
Pros: cleans teeth well w/ its brushes.
Cons: difficult to access the special whitening feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This toothbrush cleans well and makes one's mouth feel good. I love that the brushheads can be sterilized. However, no one in my family has been able to control the brush "spray" after the brush is removed from the mouth. So we end up with toothpaste "dots" on the mirror, faucet and shirts/blouses.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have go through 3 of your sonicare toothbrushes and they only lasted 2 yrs.. either the battery stopped working or the charger system did not work.. POOR Quality. and over priced

Simple to use, does a nice job if you use it properly. Wish bristles were a little firmer but perhaps designed that way to avoid damaging soft tissue.

Loved it until it stopped working

I got this toothbrush for Christmas almost 2 years ago. I loved it until it stopped working recently. I have no idea what the problem is - I kept it charged and it was working great one day and not great the next. Now it just sits under the bathroom cabinet, an expensive waste of space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
