good product but hard to clean

good product but hard to clean the charging base because of the design. The little peg that the brush head sits on is enclosed in a semi-circle of plastic and I have to keep an old toothbrush to get in there to clean it. I do like that the brush heads are enclosed in the sterilizer. Very sanitary feature
Pros: brush heads kept sanitary
Cons: hard to clean charging base

The new brush does not have all the features that our old sonicare brush had. However it is still very effective cleaning.

I've used older models of this product and always been very happy with them and I'm even more pleased with this later model. I especially like the 30 second reminder to switch positions.

I find the intense vibration to be painful when the hard plastic occasionally comes in contact with my teeth; however, my teeth feel much cleaner after I use it than they do after I use an ordinary toothbrush.

This product keeps my teeth feeling as clean as they do when I leave the dentist. And the dental hygenist has been pleased with the results as well!
Cons: only one base/battery for charging the brush.

There should be some way to hold the handle and brushes securely; a simple bump and everything topples. The replacement brushes are very expensive!
