I replaced my old Sonicare with this new HealthyWhite model. The HealthyWhite is a big improvement. I like the smaller size, the smaller head design,and the increase of power. Much better Sonicare than my previous model. I'm very happy with my new Sonicare, and I will be telling my friends about this new improved Sonicare. Wow, this new model is powerful and fun to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this product, have one for myself and my daughter, and will probably purchase one for my husband when he returns from deployment. We value our teeth, and this product helps us to achieve beautiful teeth and execellant check ups. The only downfall are the brushes. It is recommended to change your brushes every 3 months, however I am finding that the brushes are not lasting a month. Not good when you are having to replace two devices, tends to be get pricey.
Pros: imrovement in dental check ups
Cons: replacement of brushes are too regular

The product is good when new, but the head connection to the brush area gets very ugly after being used for a while. Further, the bottom of the device gets moldy if left in the plastic holder or on the bathroom counter over time. The brush design is awkward to use, especially on the inside of the front teeth. The initial cost of the device and the replacement brush heads are both too high.
Pros: recommended by dentist
Cons: dirty device after use, expensive to buy and use

This is the best toothbrush I have ever owned. My dental checkups are great! My sons dentist recommended a different brand for him, so I bought that brand for my son, and every time he went for a check up , 4 times a year, he was told he wasn't doing a very good job brushing. This was very frustrating for all of us. So against the dentists advice, I bought a sonicare toothbrush for my son, and when we went to the dentist , last month, he was told " this is the best I've ever seen your oral hygiene. Keep doing what you're doing." when I told him, we switched toothbrushes, he was not happy with my decision to change brands, but said, " if his checkups stay like this, then he can continue to use this toothbrush, even though, it's not what we recommend." So, to sum up, we love this product!
Pros: easy to hold on to, great for people with smaller mouths, love the timer., great dental checkups
I would recommend this to a friend!

tooth brush is cool... The base not cool

the door on the base does not stay shut if I bump the counter the door opens even though there is a button to open the door it is not needed. I could yell at it and it will open... needs work
Pros: tooth brush
Cons: the cleaner case

Better than the first few designs but still nedds improvement

The replacement brushes are too expensive. Also the color ring does not fit well and leaves a gap which usually becomes caked up with toothpast

Great toothbrush but brush-head could be improved

Love this toothbrush so far (after a few months). The only thing that needs improving is the standard brush-heads. I spent extra to get the diamond heads. They are great but also very expensive.
