This is a replacement from the one I purchased as that one would not shut off and died. I find this model has the easiest brush and base to keep clean.
Pros: cleans well
Cons: i'd like to have a visual guide to battery status, add a water pick feature

This is a good product. It clean my teeth very well. We need to replace the brush every 3 months. It is expensive. I wish you can make the cost for the brush less expensive.

You teeth feel so clean you wouldn't think of leaving home without it for an overnight.

I always get compliments on cleaning my teeth from my dentist and I am not a fanatic about brushing twice a day. I brush them mostly because they just feel better. It is like having your hair look good. It just enhances your overall feeling about yourself.
Pros: teeth are so clean
Cons: it is a mess to clean out the case.

I have been using toothbrush but ever since my wife got my Phillips toothbrush is so different when I brush & my gums & teeth can tell the difference.

We've used the Sonicare electric toothbrush for just about a year. We continue to see an improvement in our dental checkups, being told that the plaque buildup has been greatly reduced..... Love the extra sanitizing device for the toothbrush heads.....
Pros: great device...

Phillips Sonicare is very professional and totally takes care of their customer when you need help with an almost flawless yet quality product.
Cons: slight water leak once in five years

It is a terrific electric toothbrush. It is powerful enough to remove food particles and I really feel that my mouth is clean and well brushed after I use it.
Pros: does a great job
Cons: the suggested life of the brush head is too short
