Improved my receeding gums

Was told by one periodontist that I needed to have gum surgey, very expensive gum surgery for my receeding gums. Got a second opinion and was told to start using the Phillips Sonicare Healthy White toothbrush with the "sensitive" option. Have been using it for a little over a year now and my gums have quit bleeding, they are no longer tender, and the receeding has almost stopped altogether. I went from going to the periodontist and dentist every 4 months back to the normal twice a year. There has been no talk of surgery either!
Pros: improved gum recession, stopped gums from bleeding, reduced tenderness in gums to almost none

Inductive Charger Stand Failed

My handset stopped holding a charge after a year and a half. I bought another complete set and discovered my old handset still worked and it was the charger that wasn't working. One tricky thing is that even though the charger isn't charging the handset, the indicator light on the handset responds to the charger and lights up like it is charging.
As far as ease of use, the Sonicare supposedly has different brush settings like "whitening". But I mainly just turn it on and brush, I don't bother with the fancy stuff.
Design is ok, however the brush holder and charger stand frequently collects water that drips off of the brush and handset.

This is a great product! I noticed a difference in my oral health immediately! My Sonicare reduced my risk of gingivitis, improved my gum health, and whitened my teeth in days. My dentist suggested I switch to a electric brush because a manual brush wasn't properly removing the plaque and this did the trick. I am so glad bought my Phillips sonicare because it was overall cheaper than any other brand in store, I save money every time I replace brush heads, and I save money by not buying whitening products and most importantly dentist visits!
Sonicare has helped increase my dental health and overall longevity.

I am very pleased with this product. When my previous Sonic wore out, I tried a different brand. Couldn't wait for that one to wear out so I could go back to Sonic. It is just a better clean - like after being to the dental hygienist. After buying one for me, I purchased three more for my grandkids. They agree it does a great job. The only thing I find annoying is the three different settings - clean, sensitive and whitening. I like to turn my toothbrush off to rinse and then back on to continue brushing but to do that, I have to click 3 times. No big deal - I've adapted.

As a first time user of an powered toothbrush, I wasn't sure what to expect. My dentist and his hygienist both use this same product and recommended it to me. My gums have never been healthier and my teeth feel well cleaned after each use. A recent dental visit confirmed that my dentist said the effect of using the Sonicare brush were dramatic and good for me. This brush is easy to use, comfortable to maneuver in the mouth. It charges fast and holds the charge a long time. I use the compact brush head to ensure I reach all areas. I like having 3 cleaning levels as it provides choice.
