Cannot do without this product

I have the above product for 2 years and I am very satisfied. It is easy to use. Easy to clean and charge. It is also easy to travel with. I also purchased replaceable heads. They last quite a while.
Highly recommend it.

Excellent product

My whole family has a Sonicare (me, husband, and 3 kids). We love it and it has helped make brushing time "much more fun" with the younger kids. They are easy to pack when we go on trips and I definately feel the difference after I brush.
We will never use a regular toothbrush again!
Pros: convenient
Cons: expensive brush heads

We went one month without a Sonicare when our old one died out on us after years of use. There is absolutely no comparison between a manual toothbrush and a Sonicare.

Design Flaw?

I have used your electric toothbrushes for many, many years. I recently purchased this new model to replace an aging one.
Here is my gripe: The flat "feet" on the side of the brush opposite the control side are too small and inadequate to keep the brush head upright when applying toothpaste to the brush. This model frequently rolls over, applying fresh toothpaste to my countertop. Broadening these feet would be only a simple and small modification that would greatly improve this brush. Someone obvously didn't adequately "beta test" this design in a real-world application.
I really would appreciate an "improved" brush that did not roll over when applying toothpaste to the brush bristles.
Cons: brush rolls over when applying toothpaste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
