Now that I have had this a year, I can really say my teeth look better and feel better. This brush is comfortable to use and holds a charge longer than what I expected. Left for 10 days w/o the charger did not need it for atleast 10 days after getting home.
Brushes seem to ware out quickly, according to the brush changing color.
Pros: easy to use.
Cons: brush wares out fast.

Well worth the investment. Easy to use, really like the self timer feature. My dentist has noticed the improvement.

Overall the product is as good as advertised. This is our second 4th Sonicare device purchased for our family. Plenty of features to meet everyone's needs. However, switching heads is difficult compared to other models and shouldn't be. My kids also have this model with the same difficulties.
