Very good toothbrush, but don't like the grime that builds up where the head attaches to the arm of the toothbrush, which requires constant cleaning. Due to this, my 1st SoniCare brush had to be replaced because the brush arm became wobbly and became inoperative.
Pros: cleans teeth and gums well.
Cons: head attachment

I love my Sonic toothbrush

Went to the dentist several months ago for my six month cleaning and the dentist said he didn't know why I was there, my teeth were so clean! I love that smooth, just been clean feeling I always have since I've been using my sonic, thanks Phillips, gr8 product.

Would like a round toothbrush head verses oblong

I think my teeth could get cleaner on the interior side if the toothbrush head was round.
Pros: good customer service

I have used it for several months now and except for the rather pricy replacement heads, I have enjoyed the machine.
