Easy to use

The timer and the three modes makes this a great toothbrush. You don't have to think about brushing for two minutes. Also, the sanitizer is a great feature.
Pros: good all around product, add a pro

Great product; mouth always feels super clean. The UV sanitizer is also a great addition, although the button is sometimes hard to press (have to press a certain way or it won't work). Would buy again.

Once you turn it on it is very hard to turn it off. I have to keep pushing the button, up to three times before it turns off. This is very annoying. I would not buy this model again. The only reason I still use it is that I cannot afford to buy another model.
Pros: has a nice case
Cons: not a good product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a fantastic toothbrush. Every time I use it has that dentist clean feeling. The creator also, the battery life is awesome

First off my Overall rating is because the first toothbrush did not make it through the warranty period.
Other than that this has been a great toothbrush. I would buy one again.
I can say they do back their product well with the warranty though. Mine quit working properly so I contacted them they asked a few questions to be sure I was not scamming them then got one on the way. The worst part is until you get the replacement you stuck with whatever you can get, in my case a manual was used for 3 weeks as I waited.
Other than that this has been a great toothbrush. I would buy one again.

I have used a Sonicare toothbrush for 23 years. In fact my original brush lasted that long!
I replaced it with the Healthy White model. But I found one feature annoying. When the brush is turned on it is in the standard clean setting. If I want to switch it to the clean and white setting before putting it in my mouth, the toothpaste is thrown off the brush.
So I must therefore, apply the paste without turning it on, insert it in my mouth and then press the power button twice to activate the clean and white setting.
Pros: extremely durable product
