Product Development Problems

I have had this product less than three weeks and have had to have it replaced, as it was defective, two times. I love the product.....but it needs to work consistently. Hopefully the new on on the way to me now will work fine and I will be happy.

This is my second Sonic toothbrush. I liked the first one very much, and this one is more of the same. I'm not sure I believe that my teeth will actually get whiter by using the whitening setting, but it adds 30 seconds to the process, so that's not a bad thing.
I've been a fan of the Sonic toothbrush for many years. I have the Healthy White model, and I like it, but no more than I liked my older model. There were no significant upgrades

The Philips sonicare brush system is great. It gets my teeth cleaner than any regular toothbrush could. It is easy to use and clean. Great product and I wish I had is long before I did.

Keeps teeth feeling clean and white. Took some getting used to to prevent teeth buzzing.
Pros: keeps its charge
Cons: only 1 brush with unit.

I love how clean my teeth get every time I use my Sonicare! Not only does my mouth feel wonderful, but my teeth look brighter and whiter.
Pros: easy to use, a great clean, battery lasts a long time
