Initially I liked the trimmer. However, the more I used it, the more I disliked the design. It doesn't trim nose hair as efficiently as I hoped it would. It sometimes pulls a little as well. The trimmer does a better job on ear hair. Overall, the product is ok, but not great.

This trimmer looked and worked great all three times I used it. On the forth attempt nothing happened. Would not start running. Changed battery and still nothing. Tapping it with my hand and lightly on the vanity did not help either. Still did not turn on.
Now I'm looking for another trimmer and won't buy this one again!

It works great. I wish I would have stopped using my old product long ago and purchased the Phillip's product. My wife no longer has to cut the hair from my ears and nose. This product truly works! 'Nuf said!

This is a good product but need to work on design to work more effectively. Difficult to get some hairs in plain view.
Pros: does not cut or nick
Cons: does not get all hairs even when in plain sight.

I have purchased several nose hair trimers before I tried this one but this one does not perform on cutting nose hair. In fact it does not cut at all.
If I had not open it and tried to use it I would return it for a refund.
