Poor Quality

I have used this trimmer for 2 months and found it to be efficient and well designed for the purpose. However, like many others here mine stopped working. I replaced with new batteries but nothing...not reliable...avoid purchasing this product
Pros: easy to use and clean
Cons: poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, we’re sorry to know that your Philips NoseTrimmer 3300 Series stopped working. If you press the on/off button and your nose trimmer does not start:
The trimming element could be blocked by dirt. Soak the cutting element of the nose trimmer in a bowl of warm water with a little soap for about 2 minutes.
If your nose trimmer still does not work, please contact our Consumer Care Center on 1-800-243-3050, Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST, Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Excluding Major Holidays. This is the best ever trimmer I have used many
the blades are sharp it is a very comfortable
instrument to you. I purchased 2 of these so Ill always have one on hand if I am away from home or on vacation .Hey you men with all those nose hairs and ear hairs and thick eyebrows get this trimmer
it has attachments and a nice brush to keep blades
clean. I recommend this products highly...

This is really effective for trimming nose hair...but not quite as effective at trimming my ear hair. I use an earlier model that works quite well on my ears and this new model for my nose. I trim my eye brows with a special scissors, so do not use this trimmer at all for that application.
All in all...a good purchase and I'm satisfied with it.

I am a woman and used the product for very minimal nose hair. After I used this trimmer only twice, it won't turn on. I changed the battery with no luck. Waste of money!
