I have tried several nose trimmers in my life time, but this little powerhouse has served me faithfully. Definitely reliable and heavy duty trimmer. Easy to use and effective.

I find the product consistantly trims annoying hairs closely and with ease. It does not rip them out like some of those with the rotating heads and it does a much better job of trimming those difficult nose and ear hairs without much effort at all. because of the design of the cutting head is more flexible in that it allows me to easily reach the hairs. The simple rotating head only allowed you to trrim the narrow patch of hair immediately in front of the head, but the longer cuttin surface on this device allows me to cut a broad swath.
Pros: head design, variety of attachments, ease of maintenance

The nose trimmer tends to pull the hairs rather than cut. I have changed the battery with the same results. The design is good but, it should cut better than what it does.

At 63 years of age, I find hair growing where it didn't before.

I saw this trimmer, or similar, on TV and went to the Philips / Norelco website since I use their products daily and have been very happy with their performance. So far, I am very happy with the trimmer and recommend it to others.
